1. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use sainuu.chat. You self-report your age before chatting, and we enforce the 18+ minimum on that value — we don't verify it against ID.

2. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
• No sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
• No spam, advertising, scams, or automated bots.
• Don't attempt to identify, track, or contact strangers outside the chat.

Violations can be reported in-chat. Reported sessions may be banned without notice.

3. No warranty

Chats are with strangers on the internet. We don't verify identity or intent beyond what's stated here. Use your judgment, and never share personal or financial information with a stranger.

4. Sainuu+ purchases

Sainuu+ is an optional paid perk (24-hour priority matching, plus gender and age-range matching filters) purchased via QPay. Purchases are for digital access only and are non-refundable once the perk period has started, except where required by law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
